Our monthly jazz night & the only jazz night in Halifax, curated by Harry Stobart.
Issey Chivers is one of the most exciting new vocal acts to hit the UK jazz scene in recent years. Her beautiful music
Melosa Jazz is a 3-5 piece band from Bradford looking to play in Yorkshire/Lancs.
Our singer Suzy Booth has previously acapella singing experience, but has now come ‘home’ to jazz. John Higgins has played piano for many years locally, nationally, overseas. John’s brother Mark normally plays sax with us (but not on the clip below). Francis O’Neill is our solid drum support and Carole Moss plays double bass.
We started playing together just before the pandemic and have now hit the ground running.
